Saturday 25 September 2010, 11am - 5pm, Northwood Stadium.
Enter the 100m Challenge to see if you are the fastest sprinter in North Staffordshire. Trophies for the overall fastest male and female as well as prizes for top runners in five age categories. Competition rules apply.
Try a range of track and field disciplines for FREE with a UKA qualified coach, including: high jump, long jump, triple jump, sprinting, javelin, pole vault, hammer throw, discus and shot, middle-distance running.
Plus...special guest appearance by David Moorcroft, Olympian and 5000m world record holder.

The overall fastest male and female runners will win the Waterworld Trophy
Prizes will also be awarded to the top three male and female runners offive age categories: Under 11s/ Under 13s/ Under 15s/ Under 17s/ Seniors (over 17s)
Time trial event, with the fastest six runners going through to the final
Free to enter sprinting competition, open to anyone aged 9 years and over who live in North Staffordshire Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire Moorlands).
Under 11s will start at 12pm, with other age groups at one hour intervals - times may vary.
Race entry numbers to be collected on the day.
