Specifically, our research is capturing evidence associated with:
Social impact
Economic impact
Extent and value of media coverage
Perception of the region’s cultural offer
Capacity of the region’s cultural sector
In practical terms, this involves: online surveys, telephone interviews, monitoring returns, media monitoring and the development of an economic impact toolkit. The research is being co-ordinated by the Cultural Research Analyst, based at Arts Council England West Midlands.
