Advantage West Midlands leads on this work at a regional level and aims to create a regional ‘sense of place’ in the minds of target audiences – to paint a picture of our region which highlights those strengths and characteristics that make our region special and unique.
The Regional Marketing Board was established in summer 2008 to respond to this challenge and the West Midlands Leadership Group for 2012 is committed to working closely alongside the Regional Marketing Board to ensure that we maximise the opportunity presented by London 2012 to deliver against key objectives for the region.
